  • Full clinical history
  • History of lameness/neurological issues
  • Current medications
  • Current co-morbidities
  • Any diagnostics/imaging that have been carried out

Clinical notes will be sent back to the referring clinic after the initial assessment detailing any findings, treatment, and rehabilitation plan. Regular updates will be sent to keep you informed on your patient’s progress.

Please note - any medications or further diagnostics required will be redirected back to your clinic for completion. We do not see cases for regular GP issues and management of any concurrent medical issues will also be referred back.
